The official website for Asami Koseki's Love All Play anime adaptation made an announcement on Wednesday, February 9, 2022. The announcement on the website revealed the anime cast, visuals, and premiere schedule on April 2, 2022. Love All Play will air on YTV, NTV, and all affiliates every Saturday at 17:30 Japan time.

The cast of this badminton-themed anime includes: Yohei Azakami as Shohei Sakaki, Makoto Furukawa as Kоki Matsuda, and Kensho Ono as Taichi Higashiyama. There is also Tetsuya Kakihara as Yо̄ji Higashiyama, Yuuki Kaji as Akira Uchida, Minako Kotobuki as Rika Mizushima, Kazuya Nakai as Hitoshi Ebihara, and Natsuki Hanae as the main character Ryo Mizushima.

The official Twitter account for Shueisha's Tonari no Young Jump website also announced on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 that the Love All Play anime is getting a manga adaptation by Dam Miyata. There will also be a one-shot manga released on Friday, February 11, 2022.

Hiroshi Takeuchi (Peacemaker Kurogane: Belief, Blade & Soul, Zunda Horizon) is directing the anime at studios Nippon Animation and OLM. Tomoko Konparu (Uta no Prince-sama - Maji Love 1000%, Nodame Cantabile) is overseeing the series script and co-writing it with Miharu Hirami (Kodocha, The New Adventures of Kimba The White Lion), Shingo Irie (All Out!!, Kuroko's Basketball), and Michiko Yokote (Cute High Earth Defense Club LOVE!, Genshiken, Shirobako).

Riko Kaneda is designing the characters, and Yuki Hayashi (My Hero Academia, Welcome to the Ballroom, Shaman King) is composing the music. The well-known badminton sports brand company YONEX also supervised and collaborated on the design of this anime. YONEX also helped with a previous badminton-themed anime project, namely Hanebad! from 2018.
