The official website for the first SPY x FAMILY Stage Musical based on Tatsuya Endo's SPY × FAMILY manga revealed on Friday, September 30, 2022 that the SPY x FAMILY Stage Musical will be shown at the Imperial Theater Tokyo on March 8-29, 2023, before going on a nationwide tour at the Hyogo Performing Arts Center Kobelco Grand Hall in April 2023 and the Hakataza Theater in Fukuoka in May 2023. The SPY x FAMILY Stage Musical website also released information about the cast and visuals.

The SPY x FAMILY Stage Musical cast are:

• Win Morisaki and Hiroki Suzuki as Loid Forger
•  Fuka Yuzuki and Mirei Sasaki (Hinatazaka46) as Yor Forger
•  Kurumu Okamiya and Tsubasa Takizawa as Yuri Briar
•  Nonoka Yamaguchi as Fiona Frost
•  Kento Kinouchi as Franky Franklin
•  Soma Suzuki as Henry Henderson
•  Manato Asaka as Sylvia Sherwood

TOHO will be producing the SPY x FAMILY Stage Musical project, and will feature the character Anya who was selected through an audition. The production's official website will confirm the details of the audition later. G2 directed the music and wrote the screenplay and song lyrics. Shuhei Kamimura composes, arranges, and directs the music.

The SPY×FAMILY anime premiered on April 9, 2022. Crunchyroll streams the first half of the anime as each new episode of the anime airs, and also airs an English dubbed version. Netflix and Disney Plus also streamed the anime series. The second half of the anime will premiere on Saturdays at 11:00 p.m.
