Kaguya Otsutsuki is the ancestor of the shinobi in Naruto; from another dimension she came to earth, she consumed the Chakra fruit of the God Tree, and indirectly spread the power of chakra to the entire population through her children, Hagoromo Otsutsuki and Hamura Otsutsuki.

Of course, seeing the explanation and history, then, it was Kaguya who gave birth and gave strength to many ninja that exist today, from the chakras to the unique kekkei genkai like the Sharingan, the Byakugan, and others.

6. Senju Clan

The descendants of Asura Otsutsuki, Hagoromo's youngest child, inherited the power of the 'Hagoromo Body' which gave them enormous mental and chakra strength. Unlike the other ninja clans who are famous for their kekkei genkai or their hiden techniques, the Senju Clan is able to master various techniques perfectly.

5. Uchiha Clan

Uchiha is a ninja family who is the descendant from Indra Otsutsuki, Hagoromo's first born. They have inherited the 'Hagoromo's Eyes': dojutsu Sharingan and powerful spiritual energy and chakra. But they have to pay the price for the great power that they possessed by receiving the Curse of Hatred, emotional outbursts at the loss of their loved one.

If Uchiha blood is mixed with Senju / Hashirama Clan cells, then they will be able to change the Sharingan into Rinnegan.

4. Hagoromo Clan

Not much is known about the Hagoromo Clan or what their fate is, but from its name it is clear that they are the descendants of the Hagoromo family who still uphold the name of the Rikudo Sennin.

This clan had worked with the Uchiha clan to fight the Senju clan in the Civil War era. The alliance of the two clans had a major impact on the Senju clan by resulting the death of Kawarama Senju, one of the Butsuma Senju’s son, the leader of the family at that time.

3. Uzumaki Clan

Distant relative of the Senju clan which has a similar power, namely enormous mental and chakra strength. Unlike the Senju clan, the Uzumaki clan specialized on fuinjutsu seal technique. Unfortunately, this ability made the Uzumaki clan being targeted by other ninja villages and eventually destroyed because it was attacked by many people who were afraid of the power of their fuinjutsu. 

2. Hyuuga Clan

They are the descendants of Hamura Otsutsuki, Hagoromo's brother, who chose to settle on earth. They inherited the power of the Byakugan kekkei genkai, white eyes that were able to see through everything.

By combining pure Otsutsuki and Byakugan chakra, one will be able to awaken Tenseigan. In addition, there is a possibility that the combination of the Uzumaki and Hyuuga / Byakugan chakras can give their offspring a mysterious eye technique called Jogan.

1. Kaguya Clan

The ninja clan is very well known for being bloodthirsty and sadistic when fighting, the Kaguya clan never had a strategy when facing battles and fighting enemies with mere strength. This clan was destroyed while trying to attack Kirigakure.

A small part of the Kaguya Clan inherited the kekkei genkai Shikotsumyaku from Kaguya Otsutsuki, the ability to manipulate bones into weapons or protective devices. This power, called the strongest taijutsu technique, was feared by their own clan members.
